LIM SPRING GARDEN

FACILITY RULES & PLAYER POLICIES

Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your booking.

Proper sports attire and non-marking court shoes are recommended.

Please observe your reserved court time and vacate the court promptly after your session.

Keep the courts and surrounding areas clean.

Food and drinks are not allowed inside the playing area, except water.

Smoking is strictly prohibited throughout the premises, except in the designated smoking area.

Please take care of all court equipment and facilities.

Play safely and be considerate of other players.

Bookings are non-refundable. Rescheduling is subject to court availability and must be requested at least 4 hours before the scheduled booking.

In case of rain or unsafe court conditions, bookings may be rescheduled at no additional charge.

For bookings after 10:00 PM, players must turn off the court lights after their session and leave the area clean.

Lim Spring Garden is not responsible for lost or unattended personal belongings.

The natural spring pool is not yet operational. Swimming and entering the pool area are strictly prohibited.

Parents and guardians must supervise their children at all times. Lim Spring Garden shall not be liable for accidents resulting from failure to follow safety rules.

BIRTHDAYS & PRIVATE GATHERINGS

For celebrations and gatherings bringing outside food trays, the following fees apply:

Small Gatherings (Below 15 Guests)

₱500 corkage fee for outside food trays.

Large Gatherings (15 Guests and Above)

₱2,500 gathering package with exclusive use of a designated area.

₱2,000 – Consumable for food and drinks.

₱500 – Cleaning and maintenance fee.

Please coordinate with Lim Spring Garden Management in advance to ensure smooth arrangements and a hassle-free gathering.
