Acceptance of Platform Terms
By accessing, browsing, or utilizing the CourtSync reservation portal, individual tenant facility showcases, or booking engines, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions.
Court Reservations & Hold Locks
Reservations are subject to real-time court availability and administrator confirmation:
- Slot Hold Timers: Selected slots are temporarily locked for a checkout window to prevent simultaneous double-booking.
- Hourly Increments: Court sessions are reserved in 1-hour blocks according to each venue's designated operating schedule.
- Punctuality: Reserved sessions begin promptly at the booked time. Late arrivals do not extend the end time and are non-refundable.
Payments & Proof Verification
All payments are remitted directly to the partner venue via official QR codes (e.g. GCash / Maya) or accepted on-site methods:
- Receipt Submission: Customers must upload an authentic, legible payment receipt screenshot along with the correct transaction reference number.
- Downpayment Rules: Individual facilities may require a 50% or 100% upfront deposit to confirm court locks.
- Fraud Prevention: Submitting fake, altered, or duplicate receipts will trigger immediate account suspension and cancellation without refund.
Cancellations, Rescheduling & Refunds
Cancellation and refund requests are subject to the specific operating rules of each tenant facility:
- 24-Hour Notice: Cancellations made at least 24 hours prior to session start may qualify for credit or rescheduling.
- Weather & Maintenance: In the event of unforeseen weather disruption (for outdoor courts) or facility maintenance, sessions will be rescheduled at no additional charge.
Equipment Rentals & Court Etiquette
To protect facility surfaces and ensure community safety:
- Footwear: Non-marking athletic court shoes are strictly required on all wooden and acrylic courts.
- Rental Care: Rented paddles and balls must be returned in good condition immediately upon session conclusion.
- Sportsmanship: Harassment, aggressive behavior, or property damage is grounds for immediate removal from the venue.
Limitation of Liability
CourtSync operates as a multi-tenant software platform connecting players with independent sports facilities. CourtSync does not own physical court facilities and is not liable for personal injuries, lost personal belongings, or disputes arising directly from venue operations.
