- Reservation Details: Venue selected, reserved court IDs, date and time slots, duration, and rented gear.
- Payment Records: Uploaded transaction screenshot proofs and customer-provided payment reference numbers.
Data Storage & Security Standards
We implement enterprise-grade security controls to protect your personal information:
- Hashing & Encryption: Passwords are cryptographic Bcrypt hashes. All web traffic is enforced over TLS/HTTPS encryption.
- Isolated Tenant Access: Venue operators can only inspect bookings and customer receipts submitted specifically to their own venue.
- Audit Logging: Administrative actions, refunds, and proof verification events are recorded in immutable audit logs.
Third-Party Data Sharing
CourtSync does not sell, rent, or monetize personal user data with third-party advertisers or data brokers:
- Tenant Venues: Booking details are shared strictly with the specific facility operator where your session is booked.
- Legal Compliance: Information is only disclosed if required by law enforcement or valid court order in accordance with Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (RA 10173).
Cookies & Session Management
CourtSync uses essential HTTP session cookies for authentication, CSRF security tokens, and preserving active reservation checkout states. We do not use third-party behavioral tracking cookies.
Your Privacy Rights & Control
Under applicable privacy legislation, you have the right to:
- Access & Update: View and modify your profile details at any time from your account settings.
- Data Portability: Request an export of your reservation transaction history.
- Account Deletion: Request complete removal of your personal profile and historical data upon settling outstanding reservations.
Data Retention Periods
Booking records and transaction logs are maintained for financial accounting, audit verification, and dispute resolution purposes for the standard statutory retention period.
